The AP reports the following:
Huckabee also suggested a two-way debate in the final two days that would allow Romney and him to share a stage.

Go Mike! Bring him on and bring him down!

And exclude the other major contenders? This race is just Huckabee and Romney. Guiliani, Thompson, and McCain are contenders too. You'll see them debate soon enough on Sat and Sun. Look for Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter together on stage conglomerated into Huckabee.
