When asked if he (Mitt) would do what Reagan did with Social Security, a man's voice whispers, "He raised taxes", and Mitt jumps out and says, "I won't raise taxes." Was Mitt cheating with an ear piece? Was an aide giving him the answers? This goes to his very character.
